To what I can see it is a North American 250.
The name tag is probably from any company that sells NA lights under their name.
The NA name tag was oval shaped but today they use adhesives instead.

I bought one like that recently and was told it was a Peterson. It's possible that they just rebranded the North American.

Pyralite, Peterson and numerous other companies sell/sold lights from North American Signal as their own.
Pimpala's is originally a North American 250 and spare parts can be bought from them. They are always most helpfull.

It does have that thick rubber base that it sits in. Here's some more pics. I won this on eBay. It works great and is actually pretty clean. I can see on the tag where whatever brand it is ends with "CO.". Here's some more pics:
