Thanks for the compliments. That goofy looking girl was so attracted to the white that she is actually stuck to it. I use fly paper glue as a wax, lolol. Naw, that is my GF's lil sister.

No, Cream was the "Cool Vanilla" that Dodge was putting on cars before. The charger is now being painted with "Stone White" which is soooo much better. If it was that stupid Cool Vanilla I would haven't bought it, would have gone with prolly silver.

Mounting pics for the rear deck. I cut and bent aluminum brackets to create a no holes mount using the Child LATCH system.

The electronics panel blends right in with the trunk.

There isn't anything blocking the spare tire, it's under the floor.

Well the Tail Light flasher is in, and because I can't seem to leave well enough alone, I mod'ed my brake and trun signals so that both bulbs flash for the turn signal. Rolling Eyes

Here we go:

First, read the directions. Then forget about removing the wiring at both taillights, cause you can get all the wires at one spot right near the battery.

Then Remove the carpeting to access the wires on both taillights. Also remove the Passenger side light so you can access the license plate connector which is attached to the bumper.

Then pull the rubber grommet containg the license plate circuit into the car.

So then pull the wiring harness off of the studs that it is clipped too. This will give you plenty of slack to work with.

Cut the tape away from the wires, obviously be careful not to damage the insulation.

The Reverse light circuit is a White/Lime Green Stripe. Cut this wire. The RED and Black wires on the flasher splice into the White/Lime wire going back to the car. The White/Red and White/Black wires on the flasher get spliced into the White/Lime wire going to the reverse lamps.

Here is where my mind got the best of me. I decided I wanted both lamps to flash on each side of the car. So I hooked relays up so as not to overload the factory circuits.

I snipped both the brake wires and turn signal wires and combined the right brake and turn wire, and the left brake and turn wire respectively. The lamp side of the wires was connected to 87 on the relays. The Turn signal wire that comes from the vehicle was then hooked to 86 on the relays. 85 was grounded, and 30 was connected to the fuse block with a 15 amp Fuse.

I then hooked the Flasher wires up according to the directions. I cleaned all the wires up and fastened the flasher and relays down, and voila. Now the reverse lamps alternate with all four Red Lights.

So now here is the problem. Because I am using relays on the rear turn signals, they aren't seeing the load of the bulbs. When I activate my turn signals, they are flashing fast due to not enough load being on the circuit. So any ideas? Can I add a resistor across the circuit to stop this? If so what size? Any other ideas?

I know what you are thinking. You are thinking man, this guy is awesome. LOLOLOLOL j/k, someone help, please.

Either a heavy duty flasher should fix the turbo blinker, or a 4 ohm resistor with what ever wattage you need for the bulbs will also do the trick.

I was going to use an automatic adjusting flasher, but I think the flasher is built into the ECM, and as such is irreplaceable. So a 4 Ohm resistor huh?

The white covering? That is high temp expandable sleaving, works real well for large gauge wire.

By the way, nice Dolphin. Do you ride it?

ahhh, too bad man. My dad put 34 years in the Coast Guard. We were stationed in Kodiak Alaska for two years. At the time they had 7 of them I believe, and two HH52's. It was awesome.

Here ya go, wids of the tail light flasher. I really don't think the reverse lights are very bright. I'm probably going to cut some Led Stars or SoundOff LED3's into the reverse portions.
