Well, they have some pics and the story was covered on Fox News this morning. There is also a press conference scheduled for Friday the 15th. at Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto, CA from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. Not sure if it has finally been found, but it would be pretty freaking cool if it turns out to be the real deal.
Here is the direct website:

And for those that want to watch the Fox News run from this morning:

I call Bull$h!t.
Science is not able to find one in 30 years, but two rednecks - one of whom is a "hero cop" - can. And, oh, BTW, they also lead commercial Bigfoot hunting trips. And found in Georgia????
I will believe it when it is confirmed by scientists. |

That thing in the freezer looks ridiculous. An ex-girlfriend of mine's father is a taxidermist and he had a far better looking "bigfoot" in his garage back in the 80's. It was probably 7 or 8 feet tall. He made it out of bearskin and built the face by hand out of that foam they use. He put some other animal skins (deer I think) and shaved it close to make the eyes, ears and mouth look more realistic. His was FAR better. |

| Didn't the guy who recorded the ever famous footage several years ago admit that he faked that footage? |

Like I mentioned before it would be nice to be at that meeting to be able to speak one's mind on that.
You want the real thing going on that alot of people are suckers for,
is the (area 51) in Nevada, famous for all these ufo's and aliens stored on ice ect ect.
Thats some of the biggest B.S. there I ever seen. They have that place heavily protected more than any other place in the world to be so-called gov/military operation.
They make and test weapons ect there that info is kept top secret and never released to the public. There has been civilain private planes shot down for getting into the no fly zone and traces of the planes or pilots was never found and was never opened to the public as to where the remains ect are.
The country yells stop other countries from making chemical and nuclear warfare when they are making the same thing in those private laboratories which are several floors under ground they have there if truth was known for sure on it. |

Stiletto,
You mentioned about the (area-51).
Let me tell you a little bit about that and how strict they are.
A friend of mine that was killed in Iraq, his grandfather
used to be a U.S. Soldier that was stationed there.
He pulled guard duty there and to be a American
soldier guarding and protecting property of the
Military/Gov premises, he was EXTREMELY limited
even himself where he could go on that property
and places on there he had never seen, so
it makes you wonder sometimes.
He always used to say a person would be surprised
that it's not what you would dream, and he
would never say anything else or talk anything else about it.
I do know it's a place of weapon testing ect. |

Champy is pretty famous actually and there have been several shows depicting the hunt for him (her?) on History Channel, Discovery, National Geographic, etc.. Many Nessie hunters that have made the "pilgrimage" to Champlain in order to do some sleuthing there as well. They say that there is actually a better chance of there being some sort of critter in Champlain than Loch Ness since Champlain has such a high source of food (fish) compared to Ness. |

The one guy was on on medical leave from his job as a deputy down in the Clayton County PD (GA). According to his chief, and I quote:
| Quote: |
On Tuesday, Clayton County Police Chief Jeff Turner said he has not spoken to Whitton but processed paperwork to fire him.
"Once he perpetrated a fraud, that goes into his credibility and integrity," Turner said. "He has violated the duty of a police officer." |
What a dumbass this guy was. Not only did he come off looking like an a$$hole, but he lost his job over it as well. Bravo, rocket scientist. |
