In the second half of this video you'll see four LED lights that look like barricade lamps on the ground that flash sequentially like an arrow stick. From what I had read previously they are available in wired and wireless. Who makes these again? Thanks.

They are sold in Belgium by Arisco (Code3 reseller) and are made by this company R&D Sicurezza

Those Lamps are very common over here. See some other manufacturers (LED and strobe stuff):

The Police in the UK have nearly stopped using the Nissen ones as they are too expensive.... specially when they get run over by a truck Laughing

yeah we did have a few of the 'dumb' ones in our traffic car however I think most have met their demise (either stolen, kicked, lost or run over) and cost too much to replace, we've now gone for collapsible traffic cones in the cars instead.

And i'm impressed with that traffic signal board...reminds me of something from robot wars, but none the less very functional.
