Ok, i know that this is really old school but i would like to get this thing working again. I have an eyewitness system thats just sitting around in the shop and not being used. I would like to use it for a CMA
(cover my @$$) system for responses. the VCR went in for repairs to a local TV repair shop (not my idea) and when we got it back.....the camera wouldn't work. I know the camera worked before but i dont know enough about electronics to figure out whats wrong. Anyone have any ideas? I've called the company that makes these and have orderd a VCR twice, both times they sent the wrong one so i just gave up and got my money back.

What is the serial # of the system? It will start with 2 letters, usually E(x) xxxxx

The serial number is K5TB00307 and the model number is AG-5210

This is for the VCR...im not sure about where to find the system one

Why not just send it back to Kustom Signals for repair?

Im kinda broke and dont want to spend a lot of money on an old system.
