Hi

I'm new to e-lightbars and a small collector from the UK.

I've recently purchased my first classic Federal Signal Aerodynic
lightbar off EBAY, model No. 24EH, Series A1 which is in perfect condition.
Unfortunately the bar was sold without any lenses and I'd like to buy
brand new lenses and set it up like Roscos from the "Dukes of Hazzard".

I have a number of question regarding the Aerodynic and would be very
grateful if anyone out there can help me.

1. Where can I buy brand new lenses from and ship to the UK?
2. Are lenses custom made to my requirements or would I have to buy the
individual lenses and end caps to build up myself?
3. Would lenses from todays Aerodynics fit this old model. Are they the
same lens?
4. I want to play with the flash pattern and have found some useful
posts on the site regarding configuration of the numbers on the gears. I'm
still not sure though how this works though, does anybody have an idiots
guide to setting this up?
5. I'd like to obtain a spare 12 motor (8422B111-25), any ideas where I
can obtain one from?
6. Is there anything that I should be aware of regarding this model,
pit falls that I should be aware of as I will be stripping the unit down
and fully refurbishing it.
