Hey guys and Gals,

My name is Kirk and I have been watching the site for several months now. I was googling the Aurora Borealis light bar when it took me to this site. I just joined 4 weeks ago and I am having a great time checking out all the cool vintage stuff. I like the vintage stuff because I have been with the fire service for 24 years. I am currently a Deputy Chief for a fire district in Roscoe Illinois. We run about 2200 calls per year. We have 3 stations and 22 pieces of apparatus including (2) 75ft quints and (1) 100ft tower ladder. Needless to say, we have a good budget! Anyway, I am married with 3 kids and two grumpy bassett hounds. They Keep me busy. I must say, I love the site and already have sold a couple of items. I just bought a Crown Vic and will be outfitting it with lights very soon. We can only use blue in the state of Illinois. Well, nice to say hello and hope to visit some of you very soon. Stay Well.
