Hey! Another newbie here dropping in to say HELLO!

The name is Tyler, and I'm a paramedic specialist from the FAR FAR Northwest corner of Iowa. I work on a rural volunteer service, and for a hospital based service that puts me both in the Emergency Dept and out on the roads.
I also am involved in fire/ems at two local dirt racetracks.
You can also hear me behind the console of our dispatch center, as I'm a 911 \"Telecommunicator.\"

Oh, and if anyone is looking for some snow, I have about 4-5 feet to give away. You just have to come scoop it up off of my driveway.
