An interesting bar I got last year... doesn't appear to have ever been 'tampered with'.
54\", 2 rotating units with a V mirror on each side, no chrome strips along the base front/rear & an aluminum speaker cover. Model 12EV on the endcaps.

I have one just like it .
no stainless strips, V mirrors, and an aluminum grille, however mine has front and rear flshers on both sides also. |

Federal had the 12E, 12EF and 12EV. The 12E had only the rotators, the 12EF had only front and rear flashers and the 12EV had only V-mirrors.
I do not know but the E might stand for Europe. It is used on other lights from Federal.
No one had the chrome strips on the base.
A combination of mirrors and flashers must have been either user rebuild or a special order from Federal. Any one that knows? |
