Well I have been on here for bout 2 months now. I am originally from the New Orleans area but since Katrina I call northeast Texas my home. I am a Vol. Fire Chief and in school for EMT-Paramedic. So just wanted to say Howdy from NE TX

I used to live in New Orleans 14 yrs ago my sister is still there and
lost her home to Katrina. They lived in Ga Sav for a while about ayear
then moved back to N.O L.A. I miss the city its different here in Jax
Florida. I miss Mardi Gras and the food Gumbo Crawfish all that good
eating and the French Quarter of course I hope one day they will have
it restored like it was but I will never forget... Good luck on your Medic
