Hi all,

I'm a first-time lightbar owner, and I'm curious if it is necessary to lubricate the rotor gears (like white lithium spray) to quiten them down.

Or will this just end up trashing the lenses?

Thanks Niagra_17 for the awesome MX7000!!!!

Mayfurd,

There's no dumb questions, only dumb actions. I don't have the specific answer but I'm certain those with MX7000's will answer shortly.

Welcome to the board!

Code 3 docs have always said the gears were \"self lubricating\" and do not need anything.
