Will the plug on a 837 plug into the brain on a ss2000?

Jeff,

I have done it myself in the past. But you have to remove the cable wires from the amp connector to wire them into the SM connector on the amp box.

Here are your wires colors vs lamp number:

TA Lamp#1--brown
TA Lamp#2--red
TA Lamp#3--orange
TA Lamp#4--yellow
TA Lamp#5--green
TA Lamp#6--blue
TA Lamp#7--violet
TA Lamp#8--grey
TA power-----white

That is also the order the wires will get inserted in the SM connector (left to right); along with a power and ground feed for the SM circuit per your SS2000SM install manual.
