lol and the fact that 97% of all CSP plates have the same letters at the end helps too...

Dave,

Very rarely does one get a chance to compliment a CSP guy for having a great staff who buys for the fleet and designs the equip for the fleet. So whoever they may be, my compliments, they have good taste.

Out of curiosity, how much of the equip do you guys purchase on your own above and beyond state issued equip?

Again, sorry it is late, but welcome from Hartford...

You wouldn't happen to know who has the unmarked Charger with the chain link license plate frame and 20" chrome wheels would you? Pulled over a guy driving next to me the other day, would have never expected it to be a cop.
