Hello everyone. Excellent site that you have here. I am very excited to become a new member and hope to get to know you all well.
I am a Call firefighter in Carver, Ma. just above Cape Cod. We have 75 members on a 'paid by call' department and have earned the respect of all of our full time surrounding towns.

I have a small collection of lightbars and a larger collection of beacon ray's and sirenlights that i display at my station.

I will post some pictures as soon as I can figure out how to. (I'm slightly computer illiterate)

Please check out my Dept's website at www.carverfire.org . We post pictures of incidents and our vehicles, including our new Heavy rescue & Dive boat. I guess that is enough said. Talk to you all soon. Bob V.

Welcome, and let me say the your heavy rescue is one of the most thought out and organized trucks I have ever seen. Many props to all that planned it out.

Thanks MATT3045, We form voluntary committee's for every large purchase. We design all of our own trucks and our brushbreaker design is now the state standard design. We are currently entertaining 6 turnout gear manufacturers for 75 sets, and 75 sets of brush gear. I am on that committe. Our Chief is not on every committee.

That rescue is a pleasure with 2 sets of jaws in the front bumper. Our old rescue looked just like SQUAD 51, only a GMC.

Take care, Bob V.
