I remember before the board was changed someone had posted a link to getting fire truck and police car siren wav. files. If anyone knows what that site was can you post or email me. They had Q-siren, firetruck/police car sirens and I think station 51 dispatch tones on there.
Thanks, Jon |

I make my own.
I have a Nextel motorola, and bought a data cable. Downloaded Nextel's Iden WebJal which allows you to upload ringtones, wallpaper and java apps.
www.nextelmodz.com was helpful with information on how to do such things and has info on which phones need which sound files and in which format.
There's info out there on how to do such things with other phones as well. And wavs are free, just use www.google.com to find them |

| I have the cable and webjal software and have all those tones on my nextel phone, problem is, a buddy of mine wants them on his phone and I cannot upload my ring tones from my phone to my computer to download to his phone. Or can I? I have been searching google all morning and cannot find the same tones |

It's a one-way ticket to the phone as far as I know. You'll just have to find them again and upload to his phone.
what phone do you and he have?
I've got a Nextel i710.
I'll see what I can make for you. |

I've got the i730 and he has the i560. I did find a site that has a few siren tones but they sure do sound cheezy compared to what is what on my phone. Thanks for your help.
