hello all i was wondering if anyone made a headlight flasher that only does
double alternating flashes? i would like one that does left left right right and keeps that pattern up,

The closest I know to that is the Whelen flashers. It does a LL-RR-LL-RR-L-R-L-R-LL-RR-LL-RR, etc.

Best I know. This is what mine is set too on my truck. If you want to see it, I can try to take you a video clip.

It depends on which flasher your vehicle needs.

I know Sound Off has the double flash. Check out ledguy.net. He's got videos. Here's one of the flashers they offer.
