I don't know how many of you may have received this email but
Hello, my name is Eugene Yap and i am Student police officer in Australia Sydney.
I am also an entrepreneur in event management and public safety services.
I have started officially distributing and retailing genuine axixtech and other branded public safety products since the beginning of 2008 and have been going pretty well.
I am looking for suppliers to supply my customers with the axixtech products which include the NSW Police Force and other government agencies in Australia.
Please instruct me how i would be able to go about setting up a dealer account with you and ordering my units.
I do not like to have minimum orders and what not, because i would have no idea what or how many specific items my customer wants. I want to be able to have a the freedom and flexibility to purchase as many as required at the time.
My loyalty to my supplier is held at the highest regard and will always be
sourcing from who ever my supplier is.
Hope to hear from one of your representatives soon. As my first i have orders weekly.
Thankyou
I'd caution against dealing with this person, he's currently looking for his third supplier since starting business only a couple of months ago and his employer SPECIFICALLY bans him from carrying on the sort of business he is trying to run. I'd suggest you look at his website and run a quick calculation on his prices bearing in mind the Australian dollar currently buys around 60c US factor in the taxes that he currently avoids by making small orders and falsely declaring they are not commercial imports plus the cost of freight and you'll see its not a sustainable business.
Its up to you if you deal with him, he's not taking any of my customers so it's only the reputation of the local industry he's affecting so far. |

IIRC, there are no POVs that get lights/sirens in AU, so I really can't see any income source, except for his web store.
About the only thing I would do would be to be set up as a drop-shipment supplier for him, and I wouldn't be sending anything to his customers until his funds are greenbacks in my hands. |

| That's correct and virtually all our emergency services are state government based with most of the major equipment being on contract. The only sales he's had so far have been to a couple of workmates who are adding lights to their work cars which is against policy.....I checked on one of his bargains and after paying his supplier he'd have $13 left over to pay freight and duty and the duty would have been at least $20 so either he can't count or he's actually selling knock offs from China..... |

just go this email from one of his distributors...
Just an FYI,
There is subject named Eugene Yap in Australia attempting to obtain a supplier for Axixtech. He has made some small purchases from us, However he is a difficult Customer and has filed refund claims on almost every transaction.
This person is 17 and fresh out of high school. After speaking with his local Police, I have learned that he is studying to be a Police Officer but is under investigation for Impersonation and has Emergency Lights in his POV, Which is illegal in Au.
We have banned him from our site and in retaliation, He has filed more Pay pal claims against us.
We asked him to remove our videos and pics from his site and he replied with an extremely immature dare and threatened to put me and anyone I deal with out of business. |
