the EMS system i just started with uses a web based program called Crew Scheduler for managing the crews' schedules (duh) and i was wondering if anyone had experience with this system because i can't seem to figure it out.

Feels like I've been using it my whole life... Confused

But yeah, I use it everyday at work. Not a bad program. Better then some others out there. It does take some time to get used to.

If you have any questions you can PM me too. I'm a supervisor so I have access to a majority of the programs functions.

We use it as well. To be honest, it is sort of complicated for some people to use. We have some that work for us that have never figured it out. Just need to do it once or twice and you'll get it.
