I used to have a 1999 Civic Si. I just used a $20 cheapo headlight flasher. The one I used was positive switched. You would probably want to double check(with a multi meter) to make sure the CRV is positive switched as well but I would recommend the Whelen UHF2150A because it can be wired to either be positive or negative. |

| I also had a 99 CRV; the headlights are positive switched.
