I ordered two whelen slimlighters on the October 17, and just got them today. About 2 weeks ago, I tried calling and got no answer. I figured the company must be out of buisness so i called strobes n more and got them 2 days later. Today, 19 days later i got them from LSH lights. Now im stuck with 2 red/red slimlighters. AAAAHHH!!!! Any ideas??  |

| same problem waited 45 days for lin 6's. i was pissed. the old lady that answers the phone wasnt very nice either |

| I wouldn't be concerned about it. I've bought several items from LSH in the past and never had a problem. I agree with Pimp. They were most likely out of stock when you ordered. |

The lady who answers the phone is the reason why I'd never do business with them ever again. Sounded like she didn't know anything about the products and it took forever to find out if something was in stock. Also, their joke of an account system ticked me off. |

| I ordered some brackets form LSH once, took a couple weeks to get one of them, said he had to order more, a couple weeks later still no second bracket, I emailed, got a number, called, he said it must have been lost by UPS and he would refund my money, that was several months ago now, still no refund or bracket. |

Try waiting SEVERAL MONTHS for a set of grille lights. 19 days is nothing. |
