Ok, the truck is 98 GMC Jimmy. Ive been trying to figure out the best place to mount a speaker for quite a while, but space is at a premium with these S-series trucks.

Where have you fellow s-series owners mounted your speakers? Also any pics of switches/sirens on the inside would be helpful as well.

Whelen makes a vehicle specific mount for the SA314 speaker.

A buddy of mine has his mounted just forward of the wheel well. Works pretty good.

Thats what I was thinking too, but I was hoping to get it behind the grille, I'll probly end up putting it there though, behind the bumper, only place big enough!
