I have a Regency XL2000, 10 channel, VHF mobile Radio. To program it I am told to attach a grounded jumper to the 12th lead of IC-403 to activate the programming mode.

IC-403 has 40 connectors soldered to the board and I don't know how the numbering starts. Can someone help me out here?

Also, please let me know if my instructions are wrong!!!

Thanks,

Mark S.

IIRC, I'm pretty sure you need to jump JU-401 to put it into programming mode. It's been a long time since I programmed one of those.
