question is i just got this bar and it has all linear strobe tubes in it, something like 14 strobes now 3 of the strobes are burned out, do i need to replace the entire assembly with the bulb and reflector or what... the tubes them selves dont look like they come out.

Post bumping is not allowed here on the forum. Depending on what kind of Edge bar you have yu can either change the whole housing or just the bulb. Even tho you say its an Edge 9000, they used I think 3 different kind of strobe assemblies with these. Best way to tell is to look at the strobe tubes and see if they are held in by a bracket or if they have a peice of metal coming off of them and going into the housing. If they are the brackets then you can change just the bulb. Also none of your pictures work.

You might want to try some patience as you only posted the message about 3 hours before you got impatient. Read this thread for instructions on the proper way to post images.

Since we cant get our bean-counters to buy the CORRECT replacement strobes for our whelen bars, what I have done for some of our guys is to remove the blown strobe tube (break it out) then drill a 1\" hole in the center of the housing that will accept a standard HAW strobe bulb (which we always have tons of used ones)
Works great - way better than no bulb at all!

K9cop18 Have you ever thought about trying Hide Away Leds in them?

Oh yeah...thought about it...BUT, I havent got my hands on any that I could use to try it out. I did try a set of those el-cheapo imported hideaway leds in the second set of takedowns on my Freedom bar, but they sucked.
