Wow, their locations changed. Not more than a month ago they weren't accepting applications from anyone not willing to relocate to the Mexico border...

Are you sure that wasn't for Border Patrol Agents? This announcement is for CBP Officer and not BP Agents. To my knowledge, there was no job announcement open for CBP Officer a month ago.
