I had ordered one from Universal Radio in Ohio back on July 17th and it was backordered. Today they cancelled my order due to unavailability from their supplier.

Anyone know of another source?

I'd check Ham Radio Outlet at http://www.hamradio.com . I believe they sell Valor and their merchandise is almost always in stock.

Not shown in their listing of Valor products.

I did find it on Scanner World's website; but a good $15 higher than what Universal was selling it for.

Hmm. Well that's disappointing. I'm trying to think what other radio vendors I've dealt with. MFJ is the only other one that comes to mind, but I'm not sure whether they sell Valor. Most all of the agencies around here use Antennex, so I don't know of any local suppliers I could check with.

Amateur Electronic Supply (AES) shows to have them in the catalog
