I think it will be very handy, particularly in the Classifieds section where I usually find myself at the bottom of the page (reading an update about a price drop or item addition) and wanting to PM the seller.

That's exactly why it was added. Helps you pm the right person in a for sale thread. The image/graphic may change/get smaller, but the concept will remain the same.

How come I dont have the Add a video icon on here. I want to add a video so it is embedded and It will not show up if I reply to the thread or if I edit my OP. Any Ideas?

nvm, found out in my settings that I was on Basic editor instead of enhanced.
