Thread: Member Showcases are OPEN!

Members are invited to create their Showcases for all to see...

We have the following Showcase types:

• Collectors: Show your modern or vintage equipment collections... anything not installed on a vehicle.
• Scenes: Share your scene and incident pictures and details.
• Vehicle: Show your vehicle, whether it is bone stock or department issued, or even your vintage/antique vehicles.
• Installers: If you are a professional installer, you can share your most notable install jobs.

Some things to note:

• Showcases should not be used for hosting images to post in the forums
• Equipment on your vehicle should not be posted in your Collector showcase
• All showcases must have at least one main image, or the showcase will be deleted
• Showcases should not be used as classified ads
• Users have 25 slots in each type of showcase
• You must provide a name for your showcase

We are still working to refine some of the settings, but here is how you can create your own Showcase items:

Go to your User Control Panel:

Choose the appropriate Showcase type and add your content.

That's it, then you can look at all of the other Showcases:

Don't forget to load pictures into your Showcases! Vehicles, Scene shots, your Collection of equipment, or your Professional Install Jobs.

The Showcases are slowly catching on, but I wanted to bump this thread to encourage some new entries.

I followed your prompts and created my first vehicle showcase.

I tried to include a video, but it would not upload. Are they not able to be included?

The developer has plans to implement video capabilities within the Showcases, but as of now, it is not yet finished. I'll drop him an email and ask what kind of time frame we are looking at for video support.

Don't forget to add your vehicles, collections, or scene pictures to your Showcases!

Remember, photos are required in all Showcases, those without photos will be removed.
