Here's another bar we jst built for a customer... 28" Custom Mini Edge w/ rear work lights AND flashers...

We had to re-wire the bar, cause the wiring that can with it was all cobbled and had mixed and matched colors... The customer wanted a mini bar, but also wanted rear flashers AND work lights... So we took a pair of the Split Halogen 400s from the ULTRA we just got and threw some amber half filters on them. Flashers are being run by a FedSig FA3 flasher, strobes are powered by the stock SL6 that came in the bar.

    Some Pics:

    And here's a Vid:

It's the center section from an Excalibur or a 360.

Got this thrown together. 2 dual DashMiser housings w/ 4 5mm modules. They're connected via a small 4 wire cable going from the flasher to the other 2 lightheads. Whelen D4 flasher in the light with the power harness coming out of it. Not sure if I'm going to keep this or not. Housings (including Z-brackets, not shown) and lens are all new. All connections are the factory amp/mates for easy changability.

I did the same thing with an Arrowstick housing but with 500 Series LEDs. It was all red and I sold it to Truck26 from here. I got a video but never gotten any pictures of it.

That's where I got the idea from. I think they use R/A and B/R if I remember right. They're sync dual Avengers.

That's right. I remember that color combo now. Kind of a throw back to California rear deck lights with one amber and blue to the rear

Not really "custom" per say, but I moved some stuff around... lol

It's a Whelen 8-Strobe Patriot Originally set up as the following.
    Front:
    Corner Strobe - TD - Strobe - Blank - Blank - Strobe - TD - Corner Strobe
    Rear:
    Corner Strobe - A 5MM - Strobe - A TIR-6 - A TIR-6 - Strobe - A 5MM - Corner Strobe

I moved the 2 rear strobe to the front and flipped the LED in the back. Now is like this.
    Front:
    Corner Strobe - Strobe - TD - Strobe - Strobe - TD - Strobe - Corner Strobe
    Rear:
    Corner Strobe - A TIR-6 - Blank - A 5MM - A 5MM - Blank - A TIR-6 - Corner Strobe

    And here's a vid...

Is this the replacement for the Edge 9622 that you had on there before? I am a big fan of the patriot bars since that and the Liberty are the only ones that seem to look right on my vehicle.

    Custom LED Code 360.

Ever since these bad boys came out I'd wanted one. But I never understood why the never fully utilized the space/shape of the bar. Same goes for the Able 2 Stealth Bar. Had a stealth for many years, would still have it today but the damn thing flew off my roof (gasp). I set out to change that. Now I have a bar that really makes a statement, especially at off-axis/ 45 degree intersection angle.

Stock versions of the Code 360 are always such an inefficient waste of space that I wonder why they even bothered. Something like this would be a lot better - they could use bigger rotators on the top level to better catch the light in the left-hand setup:

I like the first one you have their with the slant rotators. Problem with that is,the angle/slant of the upper domes make it almost impossible to mount anything larger than a linz head (hint :wink) Probably spent a good combined 20+hrs messing around with various makes of rotators to get something to fitwhile still keeping the lower tier accessible/useable. a custom platform is needed to use rotators the way you have it there. Nothing a piece of aluminum and a saw can't handle

soon as i fig out how to upload video to you tube ill post a link to it

The end of the video is what makes the bar special. Constant "on time" @ your intersection angle

Well... you could always try Jetstream rotators, right? I mean, it's not as if they're incredibly dim or anything like that...

Star Sabre lightbars are available with rotators and they're only like 2 inches tall, check them out. No way in hell those won't fit!
