I'm not 100% sure I would think so. Best thing you can do is call the company direct and ask them. They'll tell you. Also are you sure its a edge? Maybe its a freedom, only reason I ask is the edge and freedoms are basically the same. Or are you talking the lenses?

LED's dont change color over time. Those Whelen LEDs that are teal or aqua now have always been that way. Perhaps you're just noticing it more, after becoming accustomed to something with deeper blue LEDs in it.

The term edge encompasses many different types of Whelen lightbars, but is typically thought of as the Edge 9000, their mostly strobe model.

SL8 is a Liberty. Yes, the lenses say Edge on a Liberty.

Of the Whelen LED Exterior light bars there are two general lines.

The Freedom is the dual-level light bar which is built off the Edge platform.

The Liberty series is the newer, low-profile bars that only have a single row of LEDs rather than dual like the Freedom. Within the Liberty series they have also released a new Duo version which consists of lightheads with two colors available per head. When activated each color fills the complete lens, not the split LIN6s of the regular Liberty bar that might have been "hacked" to have some sort of dual color.

I do not have any definitive info on the not-yet-released Trio, but as the name suggests, Whelen will be releasing light heads with 3 colors of LEDs.
