Who makes this siren and what is the model

I am sure someone has already posted this thread but I have no idea where to start. Several California (as seen on cops, etc) have sirens that change several tones (I believe Sacramento PD is one of them) without touching anything. It seems to go from wail to yelp to something I cannot describe. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Federal Signal Touchmaster Delta and Unitrol both change tones, kind of sounds like a slot machine.

I thought the only allowed tones in California were wail and yelp.

I personally like the unitrol 8100 series with the u-90 amp, or the original unitrol touch master siren, the deltas aren't as good
