it would have been nice if you at least acknowledged my offer sent on 2/1 before accepting another offer on 2/3...IMO not very proper, as I believe I had expressed interest first.

I think any seller would agree that first at full price beats first lower offer any day. I'm not going to go back and forth hagling with someone if another buyer is going to offer my full requested price. If you have a serious interest then I suggest offering the full asking price. My prices aren't high. They are very reasonable compared to new and to others selling the same used items.
