If you go to the actual listing, there's a photo of the Twinsonic name plate. However, it looks like the lightbar is a Code 3 SD bar.

Might be a TwinSonic that was rebuilt with Force 4 parts.

What would be even better is if he synced up the way the rotators spun, kind of like a Vision. Get a left to right, right to left, center out, etc.
