The first ad is for an Aerodynic, that is bargain priced at $35, and the second one down located in California is an LAPD Aerodynic. It's a nice deal for $125 but shipping will kick it up to a couple hundred total.

The Hella beacon is a "Rotafix M" (M is for magnet-mount)

It's a pretty solid beacon. But it's worm-gear is very noisy. 40$ might be a good price in the US.

I had contacted a couple UPS stores within a few miles of the auction but they weren't willing to do a pickup.
