Not sure if this is the right place, but bear with me.

Regarding the advertisements on the bottom of the page: Does it help the site revenue-wise to sporadically click a sponsors link and visit their website? Or does that constitute a fraudulent click?

Yes it does help the site. The more people who click on it and view the page. The more the site makes. It's something like half a cent a click.
