received strange notification from microsoft about this site, any info about this?

While I was surfing this site, the following message popped up in red. It was legitametly from microsoft. I am not saying anything is wrong with this website, but I was wondering if anyone else had this happen and what it means?

In doing a little research on the issue, it appears to be related to the Google ads. It isn't a cause for concern, just idiots reporting the Google ads as malicious because they want Internet Explorer to block them so they don't have to see them.

I used to use Microsofts Security Essentials anti virus and would get those messages all the time. I have since quit using it and gone with something else..

    Virus

I went to a survey site that I regularly go to, and I finished the survey, and one of those popped up. I was not from Microsoft, it was the "shield" virus, that mimics a Microsoft security esentials page. It had a name like "Win security" not windows, and it kept replicating itself, and would not let me acess the internet, Presently having it removed from my laptop.

restart your computer in safe mode,if you can access another computer load the avg and malware bytes program and move it to a thumb drive and load it to your affected computer and install and run the programs, they are both free it will remove the virus and take you about 30-45 min start to finish and your as good as new..
