Ok, so I've never done an equipment review but I thought this was worthy of letting others know about. I have installed hundreds of strobe kits by Whelen, SOS, and SVP. I had the opportunity to install two Code3 kits this week and I was very impressed.
The kit consisted of a 690 Power Supply, four 30' Cables and four Push-In tubes.
The reason I was so impressed with the kit was the installation ease. The cables were 30' each. I always ordered my kits with two 20' and two 25' cables which added to the cost. The power supply was great because, as trivial as this sounds, there was no need to use wires to program the flash pattern; There is a small button easily accessible on the power supply to program the pattern. The strobe tubes themselves appeared to be a slightly softer material than other brands which meant easier insertion and a better seal.
Also on the power supply they added a gasket where the plugs are which keeps dust and pther crap from getting inside.
As I said, there is nothing spectacular about the kit but I feel that the small differences put this kit ahead of others that I have used.
