Are they wood screws in the speakers? Reason I ask it I had issues mounting to that same area in my truck and I think my solution sucked! If they are securely mounted there like that in yours I know what I am changing mine to this week when I get in there to remove the blue and insert the red....

Looking good, and properly done! The start of EVERY install should have the subject car looking like it was stolen and just found behind a chicken joint somewhere. I always love it when I'm doing an install and the customer comes out and sees his/her vehicle interior disassembled. They always say something like "please don't break anything" or "is it supposed to be done like that?". All you do is remind them that putting everything together with the factory wiring is the best way to do it. LOVE IT.

One thing I have to ask, and I ask this every time I see it, is this: Why not mount the rear warning stick to the back of the headliner, instead of to the liftgate? Maybe it's a customer thing, but I always mounted to the headliner. Simple reason being, the lights will face the same direction, whether the gate is closed or open.

The reason it's mounted to the lift-gate and not the liner is because when you have the lift gate open you have more head room; the light goes up

Very nice! Well worth the effort you put in to get everything you needed in time for the install appointment.
