Central Florida220 Posts2011 Ram 1500 POV
hey guys,
Just wanted to share a video of my truck how she sits now...I know some of yall don't like the fast patterns to the front of rear, but I personally like them on my setup. Current setup is: Truck is a 2011 Ram 1500. Front: Dash light is a CPS Authority Terminator in a red/white (standard intensity), grille lights are AWL T4s in red, and fog lights are CPS Authority LED hideaways in red. The switches are just an STL cheapo control box, works great for me. The rear: bar is a CPS Authority Phaser 8 T4 in an amber/red, and the hideaways are the same as above (white to the rear is a no-no I know lol) but it would be too much of a pain in the arse to change them around. Let me know what yall think or any suggestions you may have.

The fast patterns are ok if you like it...but can they be sync'd and non-split? Take advantage of the full footprint of the light. From any distance it'll look like your lights are wiggling...and won't be as effective. The lights look bright, especially the dash light. Nice switch placement, be safe!

Central Florida220 PostsDang yall are killin me!! lol. I tried to find the pattern then had them synced, while doing a double blink, then would speed up to a pulsing-like pattern, but I guess they don't have them...I'll mess around with them again one day..it's just a pain in the arse to take my grill off every time!! But I like the 'X' pattern as well..

I like it.. My one recommended tweak would be to avoid a pattern that has both red and white blinking at the same time on your terminator, that just looks tacky. May just be me but if you have a split color dual light, the colors shouldn't run together, just like if you have a single color dual light you shouldn't have them alternating quickly. Again, I just find it tacky, but who am I? If you like it, you like it.
Altogether, I like the setup. Great job.

Central Florida220 PostsThanks everyone for the comments...I went out this morning and took my rear bar apart and moved the modules around...it was previously in a R/A/R/A etc type setup, now its in a R/R/AAAA/R/R...looks better in my opinion!!

looks 10,000 times better with this pattern in the front. and more importantly, its 100% more EFFECTIVE then the 'wiggle' pattern. I dont care how 'cool' it looks, if its not effective, its not worth having.
