    2011 Greece Police Tahoe

Looks nice! I like the rear hatch lights...they should have mounted the license plate lights to a bracket to avoid all the holes...

Greece PD has always had some sharp looking rides.

Personally, I like the the lightheads fastened directly to the sheet metal by the rear plate. They look much better horizontal and an inch or two away from the plate. And, Greece is located in a heavy lake-effect snow belt. The rear end of the Tahoes tends to get a lot of crap on it. I think the lightheads are more secure and less prone to snow and ice damage mounted like they are in the video.

When I saw the title "2011 Greece Police Tahoe" I got really excited. I thought to myself "wow! I can't believe that Greece got a tahoe!"

Then to my dismay, it was Greece NY, not Greece the country.

I don't think Greece the country can afford a Tahoe these days...

Yea, I thought the same. How awesome would it be to have a Tahoe that said Elleniki Astinomia (Hellenic Police for everyone else) on it. As a Greek person and as someone thats been to Greece many times, a Tahoe wouldnt fit on most roadways. Hell, my grandfather bought a 1993 Honda Accord LX brand new here, shipped it over and after a about 3 years, brought it back. Even that car took up the whole road and it was hard on the car going up in the mountains. I used to have a diecast CVPI I ordered off the internet with the Greek Police markings..lol.

Emergency vehicles in NY can only run blue to the rear, hence this setup.

cbpdogboy, just wondering where the video was shot? That's the second Tahoe. The two being used are 810 and 820 for Tech's. When I looked at the first one after delivery I almost liked the white before the graphics were applied. They are nice.....

Very nice. I might consider having the bar in the rear window cutoff when the hatch is opened.

Got my attention too at first, but I think if that was the case then it would instead be something like "Athens police" or "Thessaloniki police" or whatever.

It was shot in Hoselton's Garage where they do the upfitting.

Love the ride and the gear....w/ the exception of the lack of spotlights. That alone is huge to many patrolmen.
