How much of this could just be the frequency of the LEDs interfering with the framerate of the camera?

(Often times automotive LEDs will appear to flicker on digital video)

They should check out that other bimmer 3 series convertible that was on here about 6 months ago. That car had red and blue lights but it was a great install. Nice and simple but very effective. I think its actually one of my most favorite installs. I'll try and find it.
