Wow, that bar has some serious punch to it for a "rotating" style light bar. Love it. What is the vehicle used for?

This is actually my truck. It is used for service calls such as tire changes, lockouts, and jumpstarts for the family's towing service (http://grahamstowing.com/). I also use it to pull our accident response trailer to offload fuel from wrecked semis.

I know that the set-up is a bit over the top, but running without a lightbar just wasn't cutting it. And since we just had one of our wreckers hit on the side of the highway a couple days ago, I'm not risking it.

Nice choice in lightbar!!! Like the flash pattern... not overboard by any means.

Beautiful! I'd prefer colored lenses, but that's mostly an aesthetic thing that (mostly) doesn't significantly affect the visibility of the lights. Looks great!

edit: You have performed the rare feat of using the proper number of the proper size of grille lights as well.

Nice install. I like how u mixed the best LEDs from each company. I agree nothing beats a lightbar. U should post in the install section with pics and your vids.

Keep in mind that while it is a rotating bar the light is produced entirely by stationary LED rings. Super bright LEDs that are radiated by rotating/oscillating/stationary reflectors.

Nice Excursion! I like how you put the updated mirrors on it. Have you had any issues with the 6.0 Powerstroke?

I am definitely very happy with the lightbar. It is very effective, but I don't think that it has the same blinding quality that you get with a normal LED bar. This is actually one of the faster flash patterns, which I have on mode 3, and I have some of the slightly slower patterns set up as modes 1 and 2.

Just about the only thing that I don't like about this bar (which is actually not the bar's fault) is that I have a low profile antenna in the center of the roof that almost completely blocks the middle pod on the lightbar. Other than that, I am very happy with it.

The 08+ mirrors are an amazing upgrade from the previous style tow mirrors. You can see much better. And the truck is a 6.8L V10 gasser, not a diesel.

If I had a bottomless pit of money this would be my truck and setup!

Not hating on the setup but, the HAW's and dash light seam kinda pointless. HLF and TLF are always nice to have!

Yeah, the only reason that I got the Vision was that I had a couple Sound-Off ETL5000s stolen from a storage locker a while back. I'm not out anything for the new bar.

The dashlights are left over from when the truck was a slick top, and they took a lot of time and effort to mount in solidly. Therefore, I am too stubborn to take them out after all of the trouble that I went through to get them in there.

The HALOs in the turn signals are kinda worthless, as they are overshadowed by the other lighting. They do, however, make for very nice LED turn signal bulbs. Plus, I use just the HAWs in the front/rear when in parking lots doing service calls. They work well as ID lights without having everything going.
