Nice to see whelen on a LAFD Apparatus. Looks great!

The siren sounds like a Federal PA200.

That's a nicely done apparatus when it comes to lights and siren. It looked and sounded great! That's all I can say, except for the idiot in the little SUV who refused to get out of the way. I guess those idiots are everywhere.
Just because you can do something doesn't necessarily mean that you should do it.

I believe that is actually a Motorola Siren.

Motorola Siren with a Federal Q. Some older ambulances have an European Hi-Low but are being phased out. There is actually a law regarding what type of sirens you can use in California...

I think LA is switching to a more rescue style box compared to the Pierce's and the Seagrave's before that. Also I love how LA runs with a "Light Force" and a "Task Force."

Its prob the motorola siren as they recycle on LA often. I like the whelen lighting. I saw a lot of Code 3 leds when I was in LA recently. I dont think Code 3 is as bright and crisp as Whelen.

Effective leadership is putting first things first. Effective management is discipline, carrying it out.
