My old post threw out a kid for an amber wolo light he put in his car and a bunch of scanners he mounted inside it as well. Of course, that was just the tip of the iceberg for him.

You got that, right! That car has been a hot topic over at the hamsexy.com website. Truly a waste and definitely dangerous.

Ha, that's the Voltex halogen lightbar / LED grille light combo I got for $130 when I first learned how to wire up LEDs a couple moths ago. I must say that the LEDs look better in white and on my Mustang haha.

Oh, and don't make fun... I sold the lightbar for $300 and kept the grille lights

Here they are in my Mustang:

Yeahh. The lightbar and grille lights he had are a lightbar and grille light combo off of eBay from voltex lights. We bought the sane package, except he put the lightbar on his car and I sold it for $300 and just kept the grille lights.

Anyone care to speculate? Saw this at a super market late one night. As I recall it was three rows of 6 antennas each (18 total).

If I saw that in Ontario I'd have to say Media.. or some crazy FCC style snoop van.
An annoyance online since original BBS days- early 90's. Damn I miss modem tones... but not 14.4 kbit/s.

You know what the chain of command is? It's the chain I'm going to get and beat you with until you understand who's in command here.... (best quote ever!)

I saw something like that a few years ago at a local grocery store also. It had about that many antennas too. It was all black on a black SUV of some kind with tint so dark I couldn't see any radio equipment inside.

Saw a very similar setup on a local phone company's Rav4. Happened to be fueling up at the time and asked the girl driving it what the deal was. Apparently it was used for signal strength testing for the cellular network, the whole load area was full of equipment.

When I was doing utility locating, AT&T had 2 vans setup close to the same way. I saw them often at cell sites when new fiber lines were being installed.

What's even funnier is the fact that he runs the power cable straight through the door jamb on the pass side rear door...look for the cable coming down!

I've seen that idiot that has that crown vic with the amber bar, he's in my neck of the woods! I've seen him a couple of times flying 96 with those dumbass lights flashing.

God where do all these whackers get the money for these lights? I work 2 jobs and still can't afford em!
