Thread: CPS Authority LED Hideaways

New to the forum, but just wanted to get my experience out there in dealing with CPS Authority. I purchased the single color, LED hideaway units (4). The prices were what drew me in. After reading some reviews both on here and some other places, I decided it was a safe bet to order through them and they were a legit company. Well, after about 2 weeks or so (my wait time wasn't as long due to them already having my order in stock), I received my 4 hideaways. Packaging was professional and neat as expected. I openen these up, and was almost positive these were the Whelen Vertexs...the look just alike and the light output is BRIGHT! I had them sitting on my carpet when I was testing them, not directly pointed at my face or eyes, and still after about 10 seconds of playing with them my vision was all blurred from the bright lights...and I'm only 21 so my eyes and/or vision isn't shot or anything haha. But overall, I am VERY VERY happy with these lights! I will definitely be doing business again. In fact, I've already ordered a new dash light from them and it should be in tomorrow. I am confident I will be just as happy with that as I am these HAWs.

One more note. Keith, one of the owners of the company is a very great guy to deal with. You get personal service with them and you're not just another number to some big fish company. Keith would let me know every step of the process and made my whole experience a great one. CPS Authority is now my number one source for lights as well as my volunteer department source for lights.

I am trying to order from CPS but no one will answer my calls at the number listed, i want my money and future bussiness to go to them but no answer is scaring me as thats bad customer service ???

you can always order from any of the other dealers if you can't get through to them.

Try contacting him through e-mail, he always would write me back, but it was always late at night, around 2 or 3 in the morning.

My experiance has been totally different I ordered a t4 Raptor light bar off CPS it toke 9 weeks to arrive and they stuffed it up by not reading my aditional info after purchase order they put the wrong colors in. I complained and they said they would fix it and order me the correct modules and post them out asap! That was 7 weeks ago and since then they wont answer any of my e-mails, Facebook massages or any thing very bad costumer service.
