Philippines/Manila48 Postsfirefinder51. I haven't heard from you. Where is the item?
I have tried sending you a pm and email. However, i have not gotten a reply from you. I have paid for the Motorola Speaker mic and i don't know the status if you have shipped them out or not.
In a day or two, i will file a dispute over at PayPal if i haven't heard anything from you.

Philippines/Manila48 PostsIf been shipping items over at EBay and most of them arrives in 7-10 days given they are shipped thru regular mail. Why do I have to wait 60 days before I dispute? I even need to file a complaint on Paypal.
He said there was a delay in the shipment and it was shipped already. I just asked him for the tracking info but he hasn't responded to my pm for a week or 2 already.

Int'l tracking or delivery confirmation is NOT available if shipped via USPS. The only thing is the customs number, but that's not really a tracking number. So, you're waiting and stomping your feet for something that doesn't exist.
I shipped a couple items to Norway last year. It took almost 3 months to get there. So, with int'l shipments, you have to be patient. It's not an overnight thing.Ryan

I actually meant to write 30 but was talking to my partner about how long my last UK shipping experience was and wrote down the conversation instead of my actual answer. I also didn't make it clear that I meant here and not paypal. You should follow paypal's user agreement reference their portion....(they have a 45 day cap on disputes I believe, you should check yourself). However, the point remains the same... it takes a really long time for over seas shipments sometimes, and you can't track international shipments once they leave US control in many cases. On here, I won't even look at an international shipping dispute anymore. My personal advice is to file a claim on day 31 after the transaction with paypal if you seriously suspect fraud. If nothing else it gets the seller to contact you. And that's at least enough time for 90% of stuff to arrive and for someone to get back from vacation and answer their email. Waiting 31 days has solved 90% of the international disputes here. As far as I'm concerned until international shipping catches up with modern times, international shipping is something I consider "at your own risk". Meaning outside of some extreme cases, there simply isn't not sufficient documentation for me to do much about it.

Philippines/Manila48 PostsJust an update.
I got a pm from firefinder51 last aug 2 and he said that it has been shipped but he doesn't have the tracking info. He also said that he will just send another item since he has 5 of the same item I paid for. I immediately replied to his pm saying that's fine since that's the fastest resolution to this issue. However after I sent a reply to his pm that same day I have never gotten any response from him until this day. He logged in a couple of times already but missed the chance to respond to my message. I just need a confirmation from USPS if it has been mailed or a refund since he's not taking this issue seriously. If they have been shipped USPS I'm sure that I won't loose them. I have shipped USPS from eBay and from other sellers here but never had this problem.
I just hope I get a response from him over the weekend.
