try re-explaining what happened, how you worded it above does not make 100% sense. (I'm pretty sure its due to a language barrier)

1. He paid for the item.
2. you shipped it the next day
3. then he filed a dispute with paypal

- Communication avec l'acheteur
- Communication avec paypal

where did he ship it to? And how? There's no tracking for USPS Int'l, except for the customs number.

et pour le paiement, il a ete fait par paypal, mais vu que l acheteur a posé une reclamation, la somme a été bloquée puis remboursée a l acheteur
ce qui est fou c est que paypal ne c est basé que sur la declaration de l acheteur qui pretend ne pas avoir de nouvelles de moi.
