    1 Car MVA/MVC - 05/10/12

Here's a call that myself, triton911bj and MRonca ran last night...

Dispatched as a 1 car MVA, vehicle into the guide rails, 1 PT out of the vehicle in a near-by residence, vehicle possibly on fire. Upon response we received an update that the vehicle is not on fire and the guided rails are into the vehicle... And this is what we came upon...

Pt was NOT seriously injured, was packaged and transported to a local hospital...

Holy Hell! I can only assume that alcohol and/or speed played a factor. Occupant was lucky to make it out alive!

Alcohol, no... Speed, most likely... It's beleived that she was on her way home from work and possibly fell asleep at the wheel...

Extreme luck I'll say... She crawled out through the drivers door window...

No doubt... I haven't had any word on her current condition, but as stated before, there were no serious injury...
