That's the prototype design from 2011 which looks like it was designed with a heating element behind the plastic lens as part of the 400-series lighthead itself. That design was apparently never released to market:

That page was meant to provide an update for things to come. As of today, nothing has been released for production, no heated lens product has ever been sold.



The new SnowAway seems to use an outer tempered glass lens with an embedded resistive heating element:
