Warm welcome to the community. I too look forward to your updates, and while I cannot specify exactly what was used, I can tell you there would be NO red warning, all the lights would be blue. Some dashmasters would look good. A pair ot dash lasers with mirrors would look even sweeter if you...

    Backflash install

From an installers standpoint, that’s quite a few systems to wire for flash. Are you looking to use a single flasher?

Whelen American-LaFrance Lightbar - The BEAST!

Very eccentric piece for the collection and nicely done on presentation. Have you fired it up inverted? We have a LaFrance reserve “squad” with rotators and strobes still in service to this day, all components still working. Up until yours, I would’ve never thought they made blue lenses as it...

    CHP Whelen Edge

My uneducated guess would be due to the airflow/resistance numbers. Think of the thousands of gallons of fuel “saved” by a bar with less drag on the highway patrolling across a department that large.

Got back to her just now….. plot twist, it’s not as old as I thought. I wonder how many years it sat in the sun waiting for me. It had a magnet affixed, good enough to hold on to the steel roof of the tractor I suppose.
