6 Head Wingman Narrowstik problems

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

Basically I have a 6 head wingman installed in my Vic. The problem is that the bar is behaving like a 5 head where the two middle modules blink at the same time. [1][2][3][3][4][5]

Despite the head being wired correctly it's behaving as a 5 head. Is this due to the wingman itself?

I found the problem! The issue was inside the bar itself
